KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle and address service requests through various communication channels, managing the preventive maintenance process by documenting all client interactions and following up to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Establish strong relationships with service contractors and clients within your designated area to fully comprehend and fulfill client objectives while adhering to service level agreements.
  • Deliver effective and timely updates to clients regarding service status, estimated timelines, and associated costs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with Siebel is advantageous.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
