Continuous Improvement Manager

Roots Automation, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional in automation to refine and elevate automation processes within the organization. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Blue Prism, outstanding communication abilities, and experience in process upkeep, alongside knowledge of various complementary technologies such as APIs, OCR, Python, ML, and C#. This position entails guiding a developing team, overseeing active automation solutions, and playing a vital role in the advancement of current automations at Roots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee processes operating on Roots' automation platforms
  • Analyze logs for root cause identification
  • Resolve internal and system exceptions
  • Collaborate on modification requests with developers, analysts, and customer success teams
  • Generate ideas for process enhancements to improve stability
  • Manage the Continuous Improvement Jira Board and prioritize modification requests
  • Lead the execution of modification requests
  • Evaluate process code and documentation for readiness
  • Maintain documentation for common challenges and solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing RPA solutions, with a preference for Blue Prism Solution Design
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to convert business needs into automation solutions
  • Proficient in Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Comfortable reviewing technical and business design documentation
  • Ability to lead a team and independently execute automation solutions
  • Optional: Familiarity with Python programming language
