  • Manage the Continuous Improvement Jira Board and prioritize modification requests
  • Lead the execution of modification requests
  • Assess process code and documentation for readiness
  • Maintain records for common issues and their solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing RPA solutions, with a preference for Blue Prism Solution Design
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to convert business needs into automation solutions
  • Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Comfortable reviewing technical and business design documentation
  • Ability to lead a team and independently execute automation solutions
  • Optional: Familiarity with the Python programming language
