Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Stupp Fiber. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share within the enterprise sector.
    • Formulate, recommend, and implement sales strategies and pricing policies to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
    • Mentor a team, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, closing deals that meet both customer needs and company profitability goals.
  • Business Analysis and Reporting
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, using insights to improve sales processes and team performance.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
    • Experience in process development and client relationship management.
    • Ability to manage and coach others with and without having direct supervisory responsibilities.
