About the Role

ElectriCom, a leading Utility Construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to support our construction management teams in creating a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and nurturing relationships with power distribution utility providers and other power utility providers in our construction regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Obtain new power distribution customers through a relationship-based approach, leveraging our company's strong reputation and expertise in the industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Document interactions with leads and customers using our CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Research: Research and investigate new sources of federal/state funding for power utility construction, identifying key customer targets and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Unit leaders to assist in the growth of their respective areas, aligning with our company's strategic vision.
  • Bid Opportunities: Seek out new bid opportunities for power distribution operations through the development of customer networks, expanding our market presence.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and track lead generation activities for the continued documentation of a national sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
