Business Development Manager

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking organization. As a trusted advisor, you will work with clients to provide cash flow solutions and optimize their financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle to grow revenue and deepen share of wallet with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal services partners to onboard and expand business portfolios.
- Analyze and mitigate credit risk to ensure the success of business objectives.
- Build a network of internal and external relationships to identify new business opportunities.
- University/college degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
