Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters an inclusive workplace culture. You will work with businesses with annual sales from $1 million to $5 million, providing cash flow solutions and leveraging your business acumen to facilitate conversations with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share
  • Originate, analyze, and negotiate credit and non-credit products and services
  • Identify and mitigate risk, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks
  • Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones
  • Present PNC's full range of products and services to clients

Requirements

  • University/college degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk
