Job Title: Solar Sales Consultant

At Summit Energy Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess potential leads in designated sales regions and establish a steady stream of prospects to achieve sales targets.
  • Guide prospects through the sales journey by providing exceptional consultative services and ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Keep sales and client databases up to date with the latest information.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements by participating in team gatherings and training sessions.
  • Negotiate with prospective and current clients to finalize sales agreements.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid and active Driver's License along with dependable transportation.
  • Demonstrated success in external sales roles is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using computers and experienced with CRM software.
  • Exhibit robust negotiating, planning, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiencies.
  • Superb organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Build rapport effectively with both potential and current clients through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept time management skills to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Salary Range: $85,000-$250,000
