Virella is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization and drive business growth. With 120 years of industry leadership, we offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and purpose-driven individual to make a lasting impact.

This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to acquire new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar results. As you master our systems and process, you'll become an expert in training and developing team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This is a weekly-paid position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and grow our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members.
  • Provide daily reporting using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
