As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our donors, ensuring a smooth and efficient donation process, and maintaining a clean and organized donation center.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with donors in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive experience from start to finish.
- Accurately record donor information and process donations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized donation center, including the stock room and exterior areas.
- Assist truck drivers with donation pick-ups and ensure a smooth loading process.
