Job Description

GCI's Customer Service Sales Specialist I will work with customers to provide exceptional service and support, while also promoting GCI's products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong desire to learn and grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to GCI customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize exceptional sales skills to promote GCI's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on GCI's products and services, including features, pricing, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service and sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
