Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and place outgoing calls to customers to schedule pickups and delivery
  • Enter appointments in the computer in a timely manner
  • Perform general customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing status updates on shipments, and assisting with the completion of Bill of Lading and labeling freight
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with AS400 preferred
