Financial Operations Coordinator

Gratium Wealth Planning, Ameriprise Financial is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a polite and clear phone manner, and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for managing and organizing office workflow, creating and delivering a unique client experience, and providing exceptional support to our financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule client appointments and conduct reminder calls
- Assist financial advisors in managing office workflow and creating a personalized client experience
- Provide exceptional support to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Prepare correspondence for advisor signature and maintain client files in CRM
- Document client calls and contacts, and file documents in Box and Online File Manager
- Prepare charts, graphs, and visual aids for client meetings
- Manage and resolve client service problems, and provide necessary follow-up
- Calculate systematic sells/payouts for clients and purchase amounts based on advisor recommendations
- Track attendance for client and prospect events, and prepare invitations
Requirements:
- High level of interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Polite and clear phone manner, and proficient computer and application skills
- Direct attention to detail and organization, and effective time management
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude
