Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
\The Contact Center Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in establishing connections with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Education Solutions customers. To excel in this position, one must adhere closely to established call strategies and efficiently complete telephone transactions in accordance with federal student loan regulatory policies and procedures.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting Tier I non-loan servicing standards\
- Maintain quality standards within the call center\
- Answer, investigate, and/or initiate actions on customer inquiries via various channels (phone, web, chat, mail, fax, etc.)\
- Ensure timely follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction\
- Stay up-to-date with company products/services, technology, and call center practices/policies\
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills, performance levels, and personal development\
- Collaborate with team members to promote center activities and job knowledge\
- Consistently meet or exceed performance standards for service quality, accuracy, and volume\
- Maintain adherence to established policies/procedures regarding shift, break, and meal schedules\
- Follow call adherence policy and procedures\\[/ul]\

About Our Offerings:
\This is a fully onsite position located in Winston-Salem, NC.
\Compensation Package:
\We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $16.00 per hour, along with an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental & vision coverage, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Life Insurance, Short and long-term disability, Health Spending Account (HSA), Transportation benefits, Employee Assistance Program, Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave).
