Position Overview: The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient management of product receipt, inventory stocking, and shipping processes. This role is vital in facilitating timely deliveries and maintaining effective purchasing transactions with suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the staging, shipping, and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the supply areas.
  • Adhere to safe material handling practices.
  • Organize and file freight documentation for inventory audits.
  • Process claims for damaged shipments.
  • Inspect and manage incoming products and inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify surplus items, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Be flexible to work outside standard hours, including weekends for inventory tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred two years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining a clean work environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders for stock placement.
  • Regular use of hands for operating equipment and computers.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally more than 100 lbs with assistance.
