Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the flow of information to and from the executive team to ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing communications as needed.
  • Support executive team members in prioritizing strategic business decisions according to their schedules.
  • Manage the logistics of the executive team's daily activities, including scheduling meetings and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team in decision-making, program management, and implementation of initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning process, ensuring timely discussions and data compilation with subject-matter experts.
  • Enhance existing processes and streamline organizational procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team, workforce, and other leaders regarding project updates and planning.
  • Assist in organizing the workforce and managing administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinate daily operations in collaboration with the executive team and senior leaders, handling various administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to defining new operational strategies and collaborate with the executive team on special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business or executive support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance productivity effectively.
  • Experience in process management with a focus on efficiency.
  • Proven track record in project coordination.
  • Strong project reporting skills, particularly in inter-departmental communication.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Primavera for resource management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the onboarding process, including account setup and security briefings.
  • Ability to remain data-driven and objective under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
