Position Overview: The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring the effective management of product receipt, storage, and distribution. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring client orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staging, shipping, and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure the supply areas are stocked with the appropriate inventory levels.
  • Implement safe material handling practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of freight bills, packing slips, and other documentation for inventory audits.
  • Process claims for damaged goods as necessary.
  • Oversee the inspection and stocking of incoming products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify surplus or obsolete stock, and maintain inventory accuracy within the system.
  • Be flexible to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends for inventory management.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining a clean work environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders and access high storage areas.
  • Regular use of hands for operating equipment and computers.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting throughout the workday.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • Specific vision capabilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally more than 100 lbs with assistance.
