Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Technician II to provide technology support, maintenance, and monitoring of the District's technology systems and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides technology support and maintenance for the District's technology systems and peripherals
  • Assists in troubleshooting network and server problems
  • Assists the Network Administrator
  • Performs related duties as required or assigned
Requirements
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Three years of progressively more responsible educational work experience with special emphasis in computer technology and its applications
