Service Manager

Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to lead our Middletown, NY location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and new bus prep activities to ensure efficient, safe, and economical utilization of team members, facilities, tools, components, and consumables.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage the workflow of the assigned facility's service and new bus prep activities to ensure customer satisfaction levels and meeting operational goals in relation to safety, quality, and service.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and various records and reports for trends to maintain or improve organizational efficiency.
- Manage, coordinate, administer, direct, and review the assigned facility's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize service, and increase efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in the medium/heavy duty truck/bus industry, with preference toward additional technical experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite applications, and related departmental software.
- Financial management experience including P&L, budgeting, and cost estimates strongly desired.
- Valid driver's license for state of residence must be maintained throughout employment, CDL with proper endorsements preferred.
