Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of Front End associates to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage the Front End operations, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Provide coaching and training to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to associates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts.
  • Ability to use computers and other communication systems.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and handle frozen foods.
