Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team at Symmetry Financial Group - Gary Uyemura. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a business that generates system-driven income, allowing you to achieve financial freedom and grow into your full potential.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000+ for full-time agents, with the potential to earn up to $200K+ per year as an Agency Owner. Part-time agents can earn $50,000+ in the first year.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying client insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
- Generating new leads and growing the business through innovative marketing strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A life insurance license (we will help you obtain one if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of discipline and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
