This year, we are targeting significant growth, and our Business Development Team is a key contributor to this success.

We are seeking a highly motivated Budget Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales force, you will be responsible for communicating product features and benefits to customers throughout the sales process. Your goal will be to analyze targeted customers, identify new sales opportunities, and implement effective negotiation tactics to achieve high closing sales rates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, with 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase quality engagements and brand profitability
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure all goals for our clients are met
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies
