About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavior Analyst to join our team at American Behavioral Solutions. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions with individuals to produce socially significant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior analysis programs for clients, including creating and revising assessments and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs).
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and support coordinators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with state, HIPAA, and Medicaid regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary and care review meetings to review behavioral treatment programs.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including graphs and recommendations, to the Clinical Director.
  • Attend training, meetings, and conferences required by the company to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
  • Board certification (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA or LABA).
  • At least 2 years of experience in behavior analysis services.
  • Completion of a minimum of 8 hours of supervision training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of state, HIPAA, and Medicaid regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and support coordinators.
  • Ability to display sound judgment and reasoning in decision-making and problem-solving skills in using ABA techniques.
