Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position combines remote work with in-person responsibilities, offering flexibility while maintaining a hands-on approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Conduct Assessments and Data Analysis: Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise and Support Team Members: Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with Families and Professionals: Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay Current with ABA Research and Best Practices: Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or Related Field: Must have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst: Must have active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven Experience in ABA: Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
