About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Frontier Management (OR), you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and schools, to enhance client outcomes
  • Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources
  • Conduct supervision sessions in client homes and via telehealth
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a fingerprint clearance card and CPR/First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and current insurance
