Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Certified Behavior Analyst Specialist to join our team at Treetop ABA Therapy. This full-time hybrid position offers a unique blend of remote work and in-person responsibilities, allowing for flexibility while ensuring a hands-on approach to client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest ABA research and methodologies to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with diverse client populations is advantageous.

Licensure/Certification:

  • BCBA (Required)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or in process is required for specific regions.
