Position DetailsRole: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' behavioral needs and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs aimed at reducing challenging behaviors and enhancing skill acquisition.
- Provide guidance and training to Behavior Technicians and staff to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies.
- Collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute successful treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and treatment results.
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis.
- Engage in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and supervising staff.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment methodologies, and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.
