About Us: At Hire Writing, LLC, we are committed to transforming traditional treatment methods with our unique, clinically-backed approach that emphasizes parent involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-center work from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Perform comprehensive assessments using tools such as VB-Mapp, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based programs tailored to each client’s needs.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to programs.
- Facilitate weekly training sessions for parents and provide regular progress updates.
- Supervise and mentor interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) both in-center and during home visits.
- Train behavior technicians and oversee their interactions with clients.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training sessions.
- Handle insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests.
- Create and manage daily client schedules.
- Ensure transparency in billing practices.
- Implement safety management protocols.
Qualifications:
- Must possess BACB Certification.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
- No criminal background history.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and engage in physical activities.
