Federal Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Federal Capture Manager to join our Federal team at Northern Technologies Group. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the federal procurement process and be able to drive successful capture strategies to secure new business.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead the capture process for federal opportunities from identification through proposal submission.
* Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans, including win strategies, competitive analysis, teaming strategies, and pricing strategies.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify federal business opportunities.
* Collaborate with proposal managers and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with federal customers, partners, and stakeholders.
### Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in federal capture management and business development.
* Proven track record of winning federal contracts and managing capture efforts.
* Strong understanding of the federal procurement process, including FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations.
* Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capture management tools (e.g., Salesforce, GovWin).
### Preferred Qualifications
* Expertise in working with EzGovOpps (or GovWin)
