Key Responsibilities:

As a Radiologic Technologist, your role will involve:

  • Utilizing radiologic equipment to generate diagnostic images for patient evaluation.
  • Preparing patients for imaging procedures through appropriate positioning and technique adjustments.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of radiographs by adhering to established protocols.
  • Documenting patient care services accurately in departmental records.
  • Reviewing imaging results for technical precision and anatomical correctness.
  • Assisting the radiologist with medication administration and patient care.
  • Participating in emergency call rotations as required by the department.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent military training in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and state licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Membership in the American Society of Radiologic Technologists is preferred.
