Position Overview
We are looking for a Radiologic Technologist to join our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient care to all patients.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing radiographic procedures using both fixed and portable equipment in various settings, including the imaging department, nursing units, and operating rooms. The role involves assisting physicians during fluoroscopy procedures, practicing radiation safety, and adhering to universal precautions at all times. Continuous professional development for the enhancement of patient care is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize appropriate resources to complete assignments within designated timeframes.
- Adapt to fluctuations in patient volume and acuity.
- Maintain composure in crisis situations.
- Follow attendance and punctuality policies.
- Support responsible staffing decisions, including managing staff availability and cancellations.
- Demonstrate efforts to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program recognized by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association or equivalent.
- Licensure: Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as an RT(R) or eligibility for registry. Note: Registry-eligible candidates must obtain certification within six months of hire.
- BCLS certification is required.
- Experience: Ability to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures following established standards and departmental protocols.
