Overview

As a Medical Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ultrasound department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
* Assist with scheduling patient exams and staff schedules
* Order supplies and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with Director of Ultrasound to ensure efficient operations
* Perform duties in accordance with hospital mission and values

Requirements
* College degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, with responsibility for scheduling and payroll management
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Salary Estimate
