Medical Care Coordinator

As a Step Down Unit Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating care services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
