Sales Development Manager

MCLAIN is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and foster strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to leverage them to drive sales growth.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
