Banquet Supervisor

At Pch Hotels & Resorts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain/Supervisor to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all banquet events, from setup to breakdown.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of banquet associates during events
• Oversee the setup, food service, and breakdown of all events
• Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food presentation
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service
• Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion

• Proven experience in banquet management or a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
