About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team at Infosys Limited Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management and sales teams from alliance partners, to position Infosys Limited Digital as a trusted and preferred partner for new opportunities.
  • Contracting and Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation of contracts and agreements with alliance partners to ensure seamless collaboration and joint business growth.
  • Growth Planning and Strategy: Contribute to the development of joint business plans with alliance partners, ensuring alignment with Infosys Limited Digital's business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Market Development and Thought Leadership: Collaborate with alliance partners to develop and promote joint solutions, thought leadership assets, and industry-wide references to build the Infosys Limited Digital brand as a trusted transformation partner.
  • Joint Solution and Investment Management: Work with alliance partners and internal teams to identify and develop joint solutions, track investments, and strengthen relationships to drive business growth.
  • Prospecting and Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with alliance partners to promote joint solutions and offerings to their sales teams and customers, creating a pipeline of joint opportunities.
  • Account Planning and Management: Participate in account planning processes for key clients and prospects to ensure joint solutions and offerings with alliance partners are included in the account plan.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in managing alliances for an IT service or a SaaS organization.
  • A proven track record in developing and scaling alliance ecosystems.
  • Experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a start-up mode with a focus on generating outcomes while navigating big company processes.
