Business Development Consultant

This role exists to foster partnerships and drive user adoption in law schools and firms within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will assess customer needs, develop tailored business plans, and educate customers on the value of LexisNexis solutions.
The Practice Area Consultant will collaborate with the commercial account team to maximize contract renewals by ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products and services. This position is based in Columbus, OH.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with law school and firm customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase user adoption and preference.
- Partner with the commercial account team to ensure seamless customer support and maximize contract renewals.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree required.
- 2+ years of proven sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
