As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who crave independence while being part of a driven and supportive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts consultatively, positioning us as a Trusted Advisor, growing accounts to achieve our growth goals, and launching new clients while controlling timelines and cutting the length of time to generating revenue on new accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Consultatively: Ask great questions, listen actively, and provide solutions to meet our clients' needs.
- Position Us as a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with key personnel at our multifamily clients to help them achieve their goals.
- Grow Accounts to Achieve Our Growth Goals: Identify opportunities to expand our services and increase revenue.
- Launch New Clients: Develop and implement plans to onboard new clients efficiently and effectively.
- Deepen Relationships with Clients: Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and Close Proposals: Effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers.
- Sell on Value: Highlight the benefits of our services and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Renew Agency Agreements: Successfully negotiate renewals with existing clients.
Your Qualifications
- Strong Figure It Out Factor: Ability to work independently, implement plans, and meet deadlines.
- High Level of Self-Discipline: Organization, prioritization skills, and self-motivation.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication.
- Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Account Management Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and achieving growth targets.
- B2B Sales and/or Business Development Experience: A plus, but not required.
