Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Consultant for Local Businesses to join our team at Welcome Wagon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong connections with local businesses and promoting our comprehensive marketing solutions. Your primary goal will be to sell consultative advertising programs, including direct mail, digital marketing, and online media, within your local market. You will also need to stay informed about local trends and competition, maintain accurate sales activity records, and collaborate with your team leader. To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to function well in fast-paced environments. Computer literacy and proficiency in video conferencing, email management, electronic signature software, and CRM use are also essential. A valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check are also required.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to small businesses (B2B) or a related field, 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
