Homebuyer Experience Specialist Position

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly motivated Homebuyer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a New Home Consultant at Lennar, you will play a critical role in creating a positive home buying experience for our customers, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.

About this Role

This position involves managing the new home purchase process, fostering strong relationships with customers, and self-generating sales leads. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, developing comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market and its trends.

  • Manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and realtors to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate communication records and provide consistent follow-through with customers.
  • Evaluate and maintain the quality of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and experience).
