Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Communicative Therapist Specialist to join a school district in Georgia.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per yearJob Description

We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent and a valid Georgia State SLP License.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience in speech therapy required
  • Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
