Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating a total commitment to success each day.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, working alongside the agency team to ensure long-lasting customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is also preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with customers.
  • Current Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are required.
