New Home Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Homes Sales Specialist to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the new home purchase process from initial contact to closing. This involves managing daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships while providing detailed knowledge of community features.

Your Role on the Team
As a Homes Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Engaging and establishing relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing our company's selling philosophy.
• Self-generating sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Developing comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
• Providing consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
• Participating in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Ensuring the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Completing required training and participating in community events and phone banks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivation with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
