Job Overview: The State of Georgia is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing client health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

In this role, you will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled clients, advise clients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provide case management. You will also administer prescribed medications as ordered by a physician and document patient information.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, based on education and experience. Our benefits package includes 15 days of vacation per year, 10 hours of sick leave per month, 12 paid holidays, and access to a 401(k) plan with a matching employer contribution.

To be eligible for this position, you must pass a pre-employment background check, complete a pre-employment drug test, and meet the requirements for a Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program qualified employer. A Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, or an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and current Georgia licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse, is required.
