We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutting Specialist to join our team at All American Quality Food Inc. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards in meat cutting and merchandising.

As a Meat Cutting Specialist, you will be responsible for cutting and trimming meat to specifications using company guidelines. You will also be involved in ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of meat cutting equipment, including band saws.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will assist in training new employees on necessary skills to become a Meat Cutter and help maintain accurate inventory counts and properly rotate stock. You will also be expected to wrap meat and work display cases as needed.

This position requires previous experience and knowledge of most grocery level meat (pork and beef choice and select cuts). You must also have basic proficiency in mathematics (counting, addition, subtraction) and be able to lift up to 100 pounds with control.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
