Procurement Support Specialist

Role Overview: This newly established position is aimed at facilitating the company's expansion. The Procurement Support Specialist will be tasked with acquiring supplies, services, commodities, and equipment across various departments. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities, particularly in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and evaluate purchase requests
  • Build and sustain vendor relationships
  • Manage sales order entries for drop shipments (OEM)
  • Develop and maintain part numbers for aftermarket and tour models
  • Issue and monitor purchase orders for OEM and non-stock items
  • Liaise with manufacturers regarding shipping timelines
  • Support all departments with supplies, services, and inventory requirements
  • Cross-train for other roles within the division as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel and related software
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors
  • Good communication skills and capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Initiative and the ability to engage with individuals at various levels
