Sales Internship Overview

Procter & Gamble is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Interns to join our team for a 10-week immersive experience during the summer of 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer teams to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Deliver superior sales for our brands while advancing strategic selling skills
  • Influence decisions in critical business areas using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations
  • Develop and lead joint value initiatives with customers

What You Can Expect:

As a Sales Intern at Procter & Gamble, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Exercise early selling and account management responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions: Brand Management, Supply Network Operations, and Finance
  • Join our dynamic selling teams and contribute to the growth of our brands

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be pursuing a bachelor's degree (with a graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026)
  • Have and maintain high academic standards within your institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a track record of collaborating on diverse, multidisciplinary teams
  • Have a valid driver's license
