About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customer teams to prepare business plans and external negotiations, delivering superior sales for our brands while demonstrating and advancing your strategic selling skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer teams to develop commercial recommendations for a category
  • Prepare business plans and external negotiations to drive sales growth
  • Develop and lead joint value for both companies through strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions, including Brand Management, Supply Network Operations, and Finance
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
  • High academic standards within their institution (considered in the top 20% of academic peers)
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of collaborating on diverse, multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Availability to participate in a 10-week immersive internship experience during the summer of 2025
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel on the job and relocate throughout their career
