We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive strategic growth and lead our efforts to expand partnerships across the mid-market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, developing key partnerships, and steering revenue growth initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with mid-market home service providers.
- Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging industry knowledge, data, and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shifts in the home services landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present strategic business proposals to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on business development and partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a sales organization, driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
