We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive strategic growth and lead our efforts to expand partnerships across the mid-market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, developing key partnerships, and steering revenue growth initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and drive a high-performance culture.
  2. Develop comprehensive sales strategies to identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with mid-market home service providers.
  3. Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging industry knowledge, data, and relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shifts in the home services landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Prepare and present strategic business proposals to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on business development and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a sales organization, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
