Senior Enterprise Sales Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, Inside Sales, your primary focus will be on growing RUCKUS's business and positioning our solutions for new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify key goals and develop targeted sales strategies.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Building strong relationships with our ecosystem partners, including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators, to discuss project opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Qualifying new business leads through the application of new business/project publications and forwarding them to the field team or ecosystem partners.
- Utilizing RUCKUS' internal resources to meet customer expectations, including product expediting, pricing, technical support, and more.
- Applying CRM to handle business opportunities and develop account planning strategies.
- Driving sales growth through creative thinking and planning, identifying new fields of play and opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution of choice.
- Following up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools and implementing call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.
- Overcoming objections from prospective customers and developing sales opportunities through research and identification of potential opportunities.
- Crafting and delivering qualified opportunities and maintaining and growing our database via D365 and SFDC.
- Ensuring follow-up with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, and handling inbound calls and converting them into sales leads.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a bachelor's degree, equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience. Your strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills will be essential in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our ecosystem partners.

Perks & Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision plans, life, and accidental death insurance, and participation in the Company's Sales Incentive Plan. The base salary for this role is $48,750, with an OTE of $81,250 (uncapped).
